Cancellation Policy

At LUX Rejuvenation Esthetics, we are committed to providing you with exceptional service. To ensure we can accommodate all our clients efficiently, we require at least 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client who may benefit from it.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a fee of $25.00

Clients who do not show for their appointment without prior notice will also be charged a fee of $25.00
